No. MobilityTrader is an independent advertising platform, not a motor vehicle dealer or broker. We're not a party to any sale or rental, and we don't inspect, warrant, hold funds for, or take possession of any vehicle or item listed here. Buyers, sellers, renters, and businesses arrange and complete the actual transaction directly with each other.

No - browsing vehicles, equipment, and rentals is open to everyone. You'll need a free account to save listings, message a seller, or list something yourself.

It means the seller uploaded a compliance certificate or label for that standard and an admin reviewed and confirmed it - not just a self-reported checkbox. See our Buying Guide for what else to check before purchasing.

NMEDA's Quality Assurance Program certifies mobility equipment dealers who meet real installation and service standards. A dealer's certification is verified the same way a listing's compliance claim is - the badge only appears once an admin has confirmed it, not on a dealer's own say-so.

Some listings are marked "Open to Trade" and show what the seller would accept in return. You can also mark your own listing open to trade and describe what you're looking for - the platform will help surface matching listings, but the trade terms themselves are worked out directly between you and the other party.

A featured listing appears higher in search results and gets a featured badge in the grid, for a set number of days. It's an optional add-on, separate from the base listing fee.

No. You can browse available rentals and submit a trip request with just your name, email, and trip details - no sign-up required.

Not automatically - a trip request is exactly that, a request. The business reviews it and confirms availability, pricing, and pickup details directly with you before anything is finalized.

Rental listings are managed from the Dealer Panel, alongside your for-sale inventory - set your daily rate, fees, and availability notes, and incoming trip requests land right in your panel.

Yes - see our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and how it's used. We never publish your contact details on a listing itself; buyers and sellers connect through the platform's messaging.
